If you have questions or you're thinking about booking your first session, we’re here to help.
Everyone’s therapy journey looks different. Some people find 6–12 sessions helpful for specific concerns, while others benefit from longer-term support for deeper or ongoing challenges. We’ll work together to find a pace and plan that feels right, and regularly check in to make sure it’s still meeting your needs.
This first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, and discuss what you'd like to achieve. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to—we’ll take it at your pace and make sure you feel supported.
As we continue, we’ll create a personalised plan based on your goals and what’s meaningful to you. Each session is a space to reflect, learn new strategies, and explore anything that’s on your mind. Between sessions, you might be encouraged to practise skills, reflect, or notice patterns—always in a way that feels manageable and helpful to you.
